Questions
- Does it cost anything?
- No. The seller tools are free. Payments go from your customers straight to you.
- Do my customers need the app?
- No. Add them to your list and enter their orders yourself. Inviting them is up to you.
- Can I bring my customer list?
- Yes. Import a CSV from a spreadsheet or other software, up to 2,000 rows at a time. Customers already on your list are skipped.
- Can my crew use it?
- Yes. Invite managers and staff by email, up to 25 people. Staff log their work and hours; financials stay with owners and managers.
- Does it work without signal?
- The time clock and receipt photos do. They’re kept on the phone and sent when you’re back in range. The rest of the app needs a connection.
- Which countries?
- Any. Prices in Canadian dollars, US dollars or euros, and fuel in L/100 km or miles per gallon. In Canada and the US, weekly fuel prices come from government averages; elsewhere you enter your own.
- Does the app use AI?
- Yes, to read receipts and manuals and to answer Help questions, using Anthropic’s Claude. Nothing from a receipt reaches your books until someone on your team checks it.
